My season. My goals. My story.
A full-color soccer journal for players ages 8 to 12. They set goals, log every practice and game, and keep the moments they’ll want to remember.
Seven phases, seven powers
The journal runs in seven five-week phases. Each one is built around a different soccer power:
Bravery · Passion · Confidence · Teamwork · Mental Strength · Ambition · Pride
It opens with the player. Who they are, their club, their team, and the values they want to show on the field. In every phase after that, they set a goal, take on a Star Challenge and think about how that power shows up in their own game.
35 weeks, without the repetition
Inside are 35 Practice Logs and 35 Game Logs. The structure stays familiar, so each entry is quick to complete. What changes is everything around it.
The weeks are numbered, not dated, and every log has a blank date line. Start it in September or pick it up in February. It works either way.
More than practice and game logs
A real soccer fact on every practice page, in five rotating formats: True or False, Guess the Number, Who Am I?, Which Country? and What Is It? A Would You Rather on every game page. Then a values bingo, a secret-message word search, a soccer mystery, a dream team to design, a final press-conference interview and a certificate for the coach to sign.
That comes to 35 facts, 35 debates and seven Star Challenges across the year.
And 35 weeks of answers to “how was practice?” that go further than “fine.”
130 full-color pages. No drills. No homework feel. A fun way for your child to see how much they’ve grown, and to keep the story of their soccer year.
Why two journals? Because no two seasons are the same. A player can fill in one this year and the other one next year, instead of repeating the same book season after season.
From the first page, the book is theirs
Nothing arrives filled in. The journal opens with the player: who they are, their club, their team and the values they want to show on the field. Before they log a single practice, they are not reading a book. They are writing one.

Their name, their number
The jersey comes blank. They color it, add their name and their number, and fill in the position they trust, the player who inspires them and their dominant foot.

Their club, their team
They draw the club crest, write the team chant and the best moment at the club. Two pages later, the coach, the teammates and a space to paste the team photo.

Their values
Nine values on a board: encouragement, commitment, listening, generosity, gratitude, sportsmanship, perseverance, respect and responsibility. One square colored each time they show one.
And that is only the opening. Four more pages come before the first phase even starts.
How the season works, step by step
The season is split into seven phases of five weeks. Each phase has its own power and its own color: Bravery, Passion, Confidence, Teamwork, Mental Strength, Ambition and Pride. All seven work the same way, so once your player has finished the first one, they already know what to do with the other six.
See an example: Phase 2, Heart of Fire, the phase of Passion, from the first page to the last.

The phase opens
Phase 2 is Passion, and its color is red. Its illustration, its crest and weeks 6 to 10 laid out, with a flame to color for every practice and every game.

The Star Challenge
In Phase 2 it is a dream board, in four steps. Every phase has one: a game, a mystery or a mission, with its own star to color once it is done.

The goal
One goal for the whole phase, checked against three rules (clear, theirs, realistic) and signed to make it official.

Practice log
How the session went, what they learned, what they want to improve. And with it, a soccer fact and a challenge question that are different every single week.

Game log
Opponent, score, goals, assists, saves and tackles. Then Team Talk: what the coach said and who the MVP was. And a Would You Rather to argue about on the way home.

The phase closes
Did they color every flame? How did the goal go? And then: go to the back of the book and color in the Passion crest.

And then the crest gets colored in
One crest for every phase completed, all on the same page, filling up as the season goes. Seven phases, seven colors, seven crests: the whole year on a single spread.
